Desiree Freier a freshman from Northwest Justin HIgh School competed at the 2011 Clyde LittleField Texas Relays. The highest jumping freshman in the nation tied for 5th with a jump of 12'1" . Desiree has a best of 12'2" and is working hard to get to the 12'7" National record for a 14 y/o and 12'9" the national record for a freshman.
Desi will be competing the 7-5A District Meet this Tuesday at Coppell HIgh School in Coppell, Texas. Their will be stiff competition from the Coppel High School pole vaulting crew.
